2. Make a sleep schedule
Make sure you prepare a sleep schedule. Proper timing can help you manage your sleep, in a day eight hours of sleep is necessary for humans.
If you don’t have any schedule then it might happen that you can sleep less or can sleep more. Decide a particular time to go to bed and to get up, repeating this for a couple of days you will get a habit of sleeping at that time, and then automatically you will get up at the scheduled time. A sleep schedule is a must for better quality sleep.
